Unlike conventional gyms we promote a more individual approach to fitness and health here at the Loughton Movement Clinic. We offer private 1-1 sessions, small group sessions and fitness groups which means that you can choose to workout in an environment that you are comfortable in. After your first session you will receive a personalised plan of action to follow with on-going support and monitoring.

Our individual approach, delivered by our dedicated and extremely highly trained personal trainers enables you to learn and to workout in an environment that best suits you. This isn’t a boot camp; this is a movement clinic that helps you get where you need to go by the most direct route while ensure all of your needs are met.
