Classes

We offer a variety of group training sessions from mobility and stretching classes to more high intensity and circuit training based sessions.

These are ideal for people who like training with others, whether it's friends or new people that are working towards the same goal.

There's a great social aspect and buzz to our classes with everyone working hard together and supporting each other no matter what their current fitness levels are as they are hugely effective for everyone that takes part in them.
